Non-Personal / Automatically Collected Information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers.
Information from Other Sources, such as service providers, business partners, referring websites, or publicly available sources (for example, for identity verification or fraud prevention).
3. How We Collect Information
We collect information:
- Directly from you — when you make a reservation, rent a unit, create an account, make a payment, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.
- Automatically — through cookies, web beacons, pixels, software development kits (SDKs), server logs, and similar technologies used on our website, apps, and in our emails.
- At our facilities — through security cameras, gate access systems, and in-person interactions.
- From third parties — including service providers, business partners, affiliates, referring websites, and, where permitted, publicly available or governmental sources.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Recognize you as a returning visitor;
- Enable and support online reservations and transactions;

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, or to be notified when a cookie is set. If you disable cookies, some features of our Services — including the ability to complete a reservation — may not function properly.
We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser and device sending the signal, as described in Section 8.
5. How We Use Information
We may use the information we collect to:

- Communicate with you about your account, rental, or facility access;

- Send marketing or promotional communications, subject to your opt-out preferences;
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and establish or defend legal claims;
- Support business operations such as audits, corporate governance, and business transactions.
Automated Tools and AI. We may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies, to assist with tasks such as triaging inquiries, supporting customer service, detecting fraud, or personalizing communications. These tools are designed to support — not replace — human decision-making, and we do not use them to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing, except as permitted by law.
6. How We Share Information
We may share your information with:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, analytics, marketing, customer support, and fraud prevention. These providers may use your information only to perform their services for us.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.
7. Your Privacy Choices

- Opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails (you may still receive service-related messages);

9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including encryption for sensitive data in transit and access restrictions for authorized personnel. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use of our Services is at your own risk.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are general-audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16, where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us (collectively, “Submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, and display such Submissions in connection with our Services. You are solely responsible for your Submissions and represent that they do not violate any law or third-party right. We may, at our discretion, remove or decline to publish any Submission.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.
