  Rick Jones, President / CEO
Rick Jones, a real estate development and building professional with 25 years of industry experience, is the founder and president of Advantage Storage. Mr. Jones leads the Advantage team in all aspects of development, construction and management operations. He has expertise in market research, design, development and operations of storage facilities. He is knowledgeable in real estate investment financing and is a licensed Texas Real Estate broker. Mr. Jones is a member of the board of directors for the Texas Mini Storage Association.
 
  Cecil McCormick, Vice President Operations
Cecil McCormick is a storage professional with nine years of industry experience, including regional oversight of 13 storage properties. He joined Advantage Storage in 2001 as an area manager, and in 2003, was promoted to Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for all aspects of property management and operation including facility operation; leadership of all property management personnel; summarization and analysis of operation data; acquisition and development of all property management personnel; and the staffing and opening of new facilities.
 
  Janie McCormick, Director of Management Services
Janie McCormick, an experienced storage industry professional joined Advantage Storage in 2001 as an on-site manager, and in 2003 was promoted to Director of Management Services. She is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing systems and policies to maximize the total revenue of each property; and is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of human resources including development and implementation of employee training policies and procedures.
 
  Brian Baca, Vice President Construction
Brian Baca has, for the last ten years, been involved in the management of commercial construction. He joined Advantage Storage in 2000 as a project manager and was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Construction. He oversees approximately $4 to $5 million dollars of construction volume annually. He is responsible for all aspects of construction including final project design and specification, budgeting, bidding, and administrating and leading project superintendents.
 
  Susan Parker, Accounting Manager
Susan Parker joined Advantage Storage in 1998 as accounting manager. She has developed significant expertise in self-storage operations and accounting, and is responsible for all aspects of payroll, sales tax, preparation of 1099s, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank transactions; and for the coordination and compilation of individual storage facility property management and accounting data.
