We offer great rates. Our rates vary depending on location, size--and whether it's climate controlled. For

in by web or by phone. Our professional-staff will be happy to help you into the most economical space that meets your needs.

What are your hours of operation?

Our facility office is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a--week. However, if you
require, we can generally make-arrangements to meet
you at other times by appointment. Our--gate access hours are
from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you need other-times of access, contact
our professional management staff.

Should I make a reservation?

Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that--the space you want
is available when you need it, we recommend-that you make advance
reservations. Reservations are taken on a-"first come"
basis.

Do I need insurance?
|
| A. |
You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or we can provide on the spot enrollment for contents insurance through Bader Insurance, a nationally recognized company. Coverage begins immediately.

What type of payment do you accept?

All Advantage facilities accept Visa, MasterCard and American--Express as well as
other credit cards. We can arrange to provide-you a written invoice monthly, or even have your credit card billed automatically each month.

What is the minimum rental commitment?

We offer a month to month lease, so you're never tied down to a--long term contract.
If you would like to rent storage for a longer--period of time, we
offer special discounts for long-term leases.

What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid driver's license or federal ID with picture is required to lease-a unit.

Do you have your own movers?
|
| A. |
While we do not offer moving services, there are a variety of-movers available in
our area. Check the yellow pages under the-heading "movers"
for a complete list, or contact us for a-recommendation.

How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?
|
| A. |
The entire move-in process should take less than 15 minutes.---Please keep in mind
that this time could vary depending on--whether there are
other customers ahead of you when you arrive.-Mornings are usually
the slowest period of the day while afternoons-are busier.
